Once Upon A Tree
Bowl turner Trevor Ewert interprets the stories of wood for his pieces. He sources his materials from local fallen trees, firewood piles, and from his family woodlot and works with the wood to expose its voice.
Trevor is most inspired by burls, spalted and figured wood which present unique colours and patterns. You continue to carry on the story, whether using the bowl as a functional or decorative piece.
